Come try Adam's FREE Saturday TRX at 9:30am starting Saturday July 12th. 8 spots open, just show up! This class is for members ONLY and if you have taken a TRX class w/ Adam, Theresa or with Kelsey before we ask that you leave the spots open for people who have never had the opportunity to try TRX.
