What makes your practice or background unique?
- I try to walk (or jog) the talk of healthy eating and exercise because I do appreciate my health.
- I hope my clients want to do so as well but we each have our own abilities and limitations.
- While many people feel they know what habits are healthy or not, they may not be ready for a change or know how to start the change process.
- Ideally, I like to think of counseling sessions more like coaching and trouble-shooting sessions instead of lecture and nagging sessions!
- Every step in the right direction is improvement.
