All levels of fitness are welcome. This is a gentle movement class which starts with warm-up stretches, followed by a sereis of Yoga postures, and ends with a 10 minute relaxation with lights out.  Relaxation is an important part of Yoga. It allows the body and mind to release stress and tension. Participants leave class feeling more relaxed and comfortable in their bodies.
