Half hour class devoted to the lower body!  Legs, glutes and core exercises abound for half an hour to 45 minutes.  Tone, strengthen and sculpt the legs and glutes.  Emphasis is on providing a fun and very effective workout.  All levels welcome.  Beginners need to be aware of the fast pace!!  We recommend you bring a towel and water.
