Theresa Farebrother is an AAFA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America) certified Personal Trainer and an ACE (American Council on Exercise) certified group exercise Instructor. With over twenty-five years of experience in the fitness industry, Theresa is an expert in her field. She offers a “cross training” program, which is very beneficial and rewarding.
