Nutritionist Laurie Kamigawachi, MS, RD

Hi Cross Court Member!


My name is Laurie Kamigawachi and I am a Woodland native.  I have worked at Cross Court since 1983.  I am a Registered Dietitian  (previously at Woodland Healthcare for many years) and I am an ACE-certified group exercise instructor.

I have experience teaching hi/lo aerobics, STEP, muscle conditioning, spin, and Pilates.  For fun I like to run marathons and participate in triathlons.  OK, I am not

fast, but I am very persistent!


Besides exercise classes I also do nutrition counseling, write nutrition articles, and occasionally teach nutrition classes.  I am a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (formerly the American Dietetics Association) and in subgroups for Sports and Cardiovascular Nutrition, Vegetarianism, and others.  I am fortunate to be able to offer members complimentary nutrition counseling for most nutrition concerns.  If you are interested in this service, please obtain a NUTRITION PROFILE SHEET from the front desk, a trainer, or download from this website.  After completing the form, you can return it to the front desk.  I will contact you to set up a convenient time to meet at the club.
